Christa is a licensed Certified Public Accountant, and has worked with organizations such as Deloitte, Prudential, Watts Industries, and Lavi Industries. Christa has been nominated numerous times for both the Los Angeles Daily News’ and the San Fernando Daily News’ CFO of the Year Award. Christa earned her Bachelors Degree in Business/Accounting from California State University Fullerton, her Master of Accounting from the University of Southern California, and her Doctorate Degree in Organizational Management and Consulting from Phillips Graduate University. Additionally, Christa is an Advanced Certified Connective Leadership Associate.
Comfort Coleman is a Trainer, Journalist, a Human Resources Practitioner, a Culture Change Specialist and a Learning Development specialist per excellence who has garnered vast experience in Communications and Human Resource Management, spanning over 30 years.

Heather Ahlburn Emerick
Heather Emerick is a seasoned learning and development consultant and Certified Executive Coach specializing in developing leadership skills.
Heather facilitates groups from 5 to 500 on topics ranging from leadership, team dynamics, change management and communication. She develops custom programs for private, public and higher education clients both in person and online. Heather’s current clients include: Brown University’s Center for Learning & Professional Development, Conservation International, and the U.S. State Department among others.
Heather serves as an adjunct faculty member for the Foreign Service Institute, the training school for the U.S. Department of State where she teaches courses in leadership and supervision both in the U.S. and internationally.
